While setting up a new server I omitted the &amp;quot;card=&amp;quot;  and had the 133,132,133,133.&lt;br /&gt;
This resulted in just blue screens. Once I figured out I had omitted the phrase &amp;quot;card=&amp;quot; and add it the card worked.&lt;br /&gt;
