I can confirm that the cam works with Zoneminder 1.26 on Ubuntu 14.04 using RTSP. The quality is rather poor: lower half of the screen is often blurred. Then I upgraded to Zoneminder 1.28 [https://launchpad.net/~iconnor/+archive/ubuntu/zoneminder PPA Isaac Connor] and chose RTP/RTSP and the cam is working fine. The installed package (seen with dpkg) is 1.28.0-trusty on amd64.

Source type ffmpeg, max 9 FPS and max 15 FPS (and maybe others, didn't try)

Buffers en Misc stay default.

2048x1536 also seems to work, although view seems to be more 'zoomed' in.
