I have the following line in /etc/modprobe.d/bttv.conf options bttv card=131,131,131,131,131,131,131,131

or on a newer system (as .conf is deprecated)

/etc/modprobe.d/mycapturecard options bttv card=131,131,131,131,131,131,131,131
