They manufacture IP camera modules used by multiple vendors like Misecu. I used the one with module IPG-50HV20PES-S with PoE. You need to use Windows software to do changes there (like changing the IP, removing of overlay). You can download it here:

After setting up the IP to be the same network as ZoneMinder you will be able to click ONVIF in "Add new monitor" and it will get detected automatically.
